Toddler Time helpers provide support to librarians before and during Storytimes by counting attendees and managing the crowds.
Time commitment: approx. 1 hour
Duties: Greet children and families / count the number of attendees / Ensure that room does not exceed maximum capacity / Instruct grown-ups on where to place strollers
Requirements: Toddler Time helpers must be friendly, courteous, and articulate / knowledgeable about library operations / attend a volunteer orientation prior to volunteering / complete and receive approval of a cleared background check
