Magazine Day happens twice a year when we put all of our withdrawn magazines in the Emily Fowler meeting room and open it so that the public can come and take what they'd like for free. Patrons can also bring their old magazines and leave them for others to take.
Magazine day will run 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 26 at the Emily Fowler Central Library.
Volunteers will work a shift at the welcome desk in the meeting room. Duties include welcoming/counting patrons, answering any questions, and taking and sorting magazine donations.
When you arrive, please come to the upstairs meeting room. Dawn will meet each new shift volunteer.
