This volunteer will assist with shelving library materials, straightening shelves, dusting and other shelf maintenance tasks. The Getting Started session will include a tour of the collections, training on how to shelve books, and shelving rules. This session is required in order to be a shelving assistant.
In order to volunteer with the Denton Public Library, you must first pass a criminal background check. Please reach out to a volunteer coordinator if you have not yet completed one.
