Join the final phase of the event as part of the Clean-Up Crew, where your help ensures everything gets packed up smoothly and efficiently. This behind-the-scenes role is essential to wrapping up the event with care and teamwork.
Responsibilities include: Tearing down tarps and temporary structures, Collecting and disposing of trash throughout the venue, Organizing and packing away decorations and props, Breaking down tables, chairs, and other equipment, Sweeping and tidying up indoor and outdoor areas, Dismantling tents and assisting with full event breakdown.
Volunteers must be at least 15 years old, or 12 with a parent or guardian, and have a signed waiver on file.
