Join the Great American Cleanup (GAC), Denton's largest and longest-running community cleanup as an event-support volunteer!
This role will help with supply pickup on Tuesday, March 24 or Wednesday March 25, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. at the Civic Center.
Supply pick-up is limited to registered participants who have submitted signed waivers.
Supplies include the following:
- Official GAC T-shirts**
- Trash bags
- Recycling bags
- Disposable gloves
- Onion bags (for waterway sites)
- Litter pick-up sticks**
- Hand sanitizer**

- Sedentary – lifting no more than 10 pounds
- Light – lifting no more than 20 pounds; carry up to 10 pounds
- Medium – lifting no more than 50 pounds, carry up to 25 pounds
- Heavy – lifting no more than 100 pounds, carry up to 50 pounds
- Very Heavy – lifting more than 100 pounds, carry more than 50 pounds
