- If you like dirt work, this is the workday for you. We will be starting on building the turn-in berm at the bottom of the downhill section, as well as the turnaround on the far north end.
- The city will also be out with the mini excavator to start removing privet stumps
- If you are not interested in dirt work we still have a few areas that need some privet clearing.
Meeting Location
We will meet south of the tennis courts off the gravel road where the storage buildings are located at 8 a.m. I will bring a water cooler color so bring something to drink out of. Bring a snack too.
Tools we will need if you have them:
- Rakes (metal or plastic)
- McLeods, Mattocks, Shovels (spade and flat)
- Loppers
- Gas weed trimmer with a heavy-duty blade or weed whip
- 5 Gallon buckets

- Wear long sleeves
- BRING HEAVY-DUTY GLOVES: The property has mesquite, honey locust, and the rouge Bradford pear. All three have nasty thorns. The thorns are strong enough to penetrate leather gloves.
