Join the Great American Cleanup (GAC), Denton's largest and longest-running community cleanup!
Open to individuals, groups, families, student organizations, church groups, scout and youth groups, etc. All are welcome to help.
TEAM REGISTRATION: Please sign up as an individual (even though it says when you hover over that it is not for teams) and answer all of the supplemental questions related to your team.
Prior to registration have this information handy for your whole team:
- Headcount of your team
- Team name
- T-shirt sizes
- Dietary restrictions
Please review the cleanup safety information sheet prior to the event.
Can I volunteer as event support instead of cleanup? Yes! Please contact KDB for more information.
I'm registered! Now what?
- Cleanup Site Assignment: We will email you with your official cleanup site assignment by March 19, 2024.
- Collect Waiver Signatures: Collect waiver signatures for yourself and EVERY group member before supply pick up. There are two ways to do this:
Method 1: Send team members a link to the electronic waiver (Be sure to have them list team name or team leader on the form so we can match them to the right team) and submit prior to the day of supply pick up**
Method 2: Have your team sign printed waivers and bring them to supply pick up (even minors need a signed waiver).
Supply Pick-Up March 19th and 20th 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

*First come, first served while supplies last
**Signed waivers are required for all GAC participants. Signed waivers must be turned in at supply pick-up (or beforehand) in order to receive supplies and T-shirts.
